Susana Trasente

Susana Trasente joined Pinnacle Bank in 2025 as Executive Director of Community Relations, bringing over a decade of experience in business development, public-private partnerships, and international trade. Her career has been defined by a commitment to fostering inclusive economic growth and building strategic relationships across sectors.
Prior to joining Pinnacle Bank, Susana served in economic development roles for regional agencies and municipalities, where she led initiatives that supported local businesses and attracted investment. Earlier in her career, she worked at Freeport-McMoRan, focusing on global compliance awareness. She has organized high-level trade missions to Canada and Mexico, facilitating impactful meetings between elected officials and business leaders.
Susana is deeply engaged in the community and serves on several influential boards, including the Global Chamber Phoenix Chapter, the Arizona Hispanic Chamber of Commerce DATOS Committee, the Canada Arizona Business Council’s Project North America Committee, and the Arizona District Export Council, where she serves as the vice chair to the Development Committee.
She holds a BA in Psychology and Business from Arizona State University and an MBA from Grand Canyon University. Her leadership has been recognized with the Phoenix Business Journal’s 40 Under 40 award (2019) and the Rising Star honor from the Arizona Capitol Times (2023).
