Radwa is a Business Development Executive at Infosys Ltd, a global leader in technology consulting. She brings 20 years of experience in managing global operations across the telecom, oil & gas and tech consulting sectors. Before dedicating her time to completing a master’s degree in Global Business & Digital Transformation from the Thunderbird School of Global Management, Radwa served as a site manager for a financial investment conglomerate’s portfolio firm in the MENA region. where she managed BPO, insourcing, and outsourcing accounts, delivering CX solutions for Vodafone Global Services (UK Account) and Etisalat UAE. With an undergraduate degree in occupational psychology, Radwa is passionate about design thinking, Agile operations, Six Sigma methodologies, and digital transformation.
