Justin Dutram

Justin Dutram is the Executive Director and the CEO of Eller Executive Education at the University of Arizona. In coordination with the talented EEE team and renowned University of Arizona faculty, Justin leads business development, marketing strategy, client relationship management, and program development for Eller Executive Education at the Eller College of Management, with the goal of empowering executives and organizations around the world to lead and excel in complex business environments.

Previously, Justin served as Assistant Vice President for Western Hemispheric Affairs in Arizona International and Director of the Office of Mexico Initiatives at the University of Arizona. In this role, he was responsible for the development and management of relationships in higher education, government, and the private sector in Mexico and Latin America for Arizona International. He has been a member of the University of Arizona community since 2008, always focused on advancing international education collaboration and institutional partnerships.

Justin is bilingual in English and Spanish and has more than twenty-five years of experience coordinating international programs in Mexico and Latin America. He currently serves on the advisory board of the Nogales Santa Cruz County Foreign Trade Zone Authority, which is the operator of Foreign Trade Zone #60 in Nogales, Arizona and previous service includes the Board of Directors for the Kozolchyk National Law Center, the Arizona District Export Council, the Mariposa Community Health Center, and on the advisory board of the Parque de Innovación y Alta Tecnología (PIAT) in the state of Sonora, Mexico.
