She has a proven track record in establishing and managing Foreign Trade Zone (FTZ) programs, including the accurate calculation of estimates, reconciliation, and the implementation of security protocols to ensure full compliance with U.S. Customs and Border Protection (CBP) regulations.

A Licensed Customs Broker since 1994 (#13985), Julie specializes in complex manufacturing Bill of Materials (BOM) costing, CBP valuation, and inventory management solutions. Her expertise lies in maximizing tax relief opportunities for FTZ participants while maintaining program integrity. Julie’s extensive knowledge of recordkeeping compliance has enabled her to successfully manage CBP FTZ compliance audits, ensuring adherence to the highest regulatory standards.
