Hank Marshall

Hank Marshall serves as the VP of Global Operations for ClearFlow Group US Inc. In that capacity he oversees manufacturing, supply chain, logistics, exports/imports, product development/innovation, sales and client engagement.

Prior to that, he spent almost a decade at the City of Phoenix in the capacity of Economic Development Executive Officer. His role there was established by Mayor Gordon in an effort to more directly and effectively align and connect economic development strategies and efforts with the business community for more tactical, strategic and sustainable outcomes.

In 2002, Hank Marshall founded Aisle21, a Phoenix-based consultancy specializing in international business strategies. Aisle21 has proactively managed the needs of foreign clients with their inbound US interests and activities while at the same time proactively managing US clients with their outbound global interests and activities. The consultancy continues to operate globally with the remit of providing tailored/unique ANSWERS, IDEAS and SOLUTIONS to “future proof” the operational continuity of companies with existing as well as emerging global operations. Prior to establishing Aisle21 in 2002.

Mr. Marshall spent 20 years in executive engineering positions in the private sector. He has worked for many major companies such as Halston, Tetley, Johnson & Johnson, Avery International, Warner Lambert and Pfizer. Having been raised in foreign countries (Venezuela, Brazil, Australia, New Zealand and the Netherlands) and having lived and traveled extensively to many other foreign countries, Mr. Marshall has developed a very keen sense of the challenges, opportunities and intricacies of doing business internationally. Mr. Marshall also spent 6 years as the Vice-Consul of Trade for the British Consulate in Phoenix, Arizona.

In 2005, Mr. Marshall was appointed the British Honorary Consul for the State of Arizona, where he continues to serve the needs of British nationals and British companies. He is actively engaged with numerous groups locally, nationally and globally: Diplomatic Corps of Arizona, Arizona District Export Council, Global Ties, The Shea Group, The League, 1Mission, Higher Wire and Memory Lane Games.
