Ghazal Khorshidi

Ghazal Khorshidi is a dynamic professional with a diverse background in education, communication, and project management. Khorshidi’s career at Thunderbird School of Global Management at Arizona State University began in 2018 when she took on progressively responsible roles. As Senior Director of Executive Operations & Community Outreach, she adeptly manages the Dean’s Office operations, fostering engagement and integrating Thunderbird with the Phoenix community. Her expertise in relationship-building and stakeholder engagement are showcased as she manages partnerships like the Global Carbon Removal Partnership and Phoenix Global Rising Partnership.

Previously as the Director of Special Projects, Khorshidi analyzed and developed project strategies while managing complex initiatives, communicating with stakeholders ranging from students to C-suite executives. Her role also highlighted her exceptional organizational and prioritization skills.

Earlier in her career, Khorshidi made substantial contributions across diverse organizations. As Vice President of Organization Development Strategist and International Relations at HPM Group, she orchestrated transformative shifts in HR processes and facilitated HPM’s affiliation with a global audit accounting firm. Additionally, her experience as a co-founder and educational director at Amoozan Institute showcased her leadership in recruitment, program development, and strategic goal-setting.
