Fernando Garcia

Fernando Garcia serves as Executive Vice President of International Trade and Investment at the Arizona Commerce Authority (ACA), where he leads Arizona’s global strategy for international trade and foreign direct investment (FDI). He oversees the state’s network of international offices across Mexico, Canada, Europe, Israel, Taiwan, South Korea, and Japan, advancing Arizona’s position as a global destination for investment in semiconductors, artificial intelligence, advanced manufacturing, and other strategic industries.

Mr. Garcia also serves as ACA’s delegate to the Arizona-Mexico Commission (AMC), where he co-leads the Economic Development Committee, advancing binational trade, investment, supply chain, and economic development initiatives between Arizona and Mexico.
